Samsung SmartThings supports specific controller and accessory paths. Confirm your model generation and requested feature before pairing.
Controller and setup scope
This is a researched subset, not a complete official inventory. Device type, app, firmware and individual features still gate compatibility.
SmartThings can use Matter, Zigbee and, with the right hardware, Z-Wave. The hub generation matters: Aeotec Hub 2 does not contain a Z-Wave radio. Choose the actual path before device registration.
Documented accessory routes
20 product-to-platform paths are recorded. Every route is conditional or unverified; none is a physical pairing test.
