Confirm the latest app screens with the manufacturer. Menu labels can change. Do not enter a Matter QR or setup code on this site.

Pairing steps

1. Verify the child in the SwitchBot app.
2. Check the hub-specific export allowance.
3. Select the child for Matter sharing.
4. Add the bridge to the supported target environment.
5. Verify the entity type and action mapping.

Confirm it worked

• Correct child action works without assuming all vendor features

Test the particular function you need. A device appearing in the app does not prove that advanced features, automations or remote control are available.

If pairing fails

• Hub 2 internal sensors use slots; some remotes use two. Leak sensor export requires Hub 3 in the current table.
