Before you begin

• Supported Hue light paired to the bridge
• Current bridge software
• Target Matter environment

Confirm the latest app screens with the manufacturer. Menu labels can change. Do not enter a Matter QR or setup code on this site.

Pairing steps

1. Confirm Hue control first.
2. Enable the bridge integration from the current Hue app.
3. Share the bridge with the desired Matter controller.
4. Verify only supported light functions.
5. Keep the Hue app for functions not exported through Matter.

Test the particular function you need. A device appearing in the app does not prove that advanced features, automations or remote control are available.
